eh today went to woodlands Sata clinic.. went for my medical check-up alr.. =) yahs den monday getting back the results... hmm pray that everything is fine.. =)
busy day today! went to tts with my granny for eye check-up, waited for lyk 3 hrs *sighs*..
reached home around 6 plus.. quite tired lah..! hmm received my course package frm nyp today.. so many things to do.. and i mean MANY loh.. sian.. have to go to so many places.. need to go for full body check-up!! hate it... i dun wan to do the blood test.. OUCH injections turn me off.. sobs... aint have any choices... yah den need to submit all the documents before 11 april... hope i can make it on time.. yes i must! gotta finishd everything before this week cuz my daddy going overseas le.. need him to sign some stuffs lah... YAh busy busy busy... i better enjoy my time now... since i so free.. lolx cuz sch starts on the 18 april...

hmm.. haha suddenly have the urge to blog.. erm.. just now ah dear calld me.. hahaha she so cute.. shared with me that she has lots of sch work to do & she is thinking if she should go or missd the service today.. den i told her thats her choice.. no right or wrong lah.. haha she seems so confused.. neway she juz msg me saying that she will go and she has decided that she will entrust everything into God.. woah i was so glad to hear that from her.. haha cuz she struggles in this for quite some tym le.. thank God... I feel that God is real to me as in He will use ppl ard me to let me know of his existence.. how He changes a person.. how He moulds a person and so on.. den hearing what the ppl shared to me about their lifes.. let me realised even more of how great God is... yah ah dear talkd to her mum le... she made the first move =) haha frm a stubborn girl to someone who will even let go of her pride.. God must have done a great work in her.. i know that God will continue to even mould her.. sis must perserver on okies... =)
yesterday went to watch 'Starlight' a dance event organised by my church. It was great and entertaining! the storyline of the performance was good.. at some parts quite touching.. and i cried neway ya enjoyed it a lot!=)

yep today went to meet nana.. we went to watch movie ' miss congeniality '.. so funny.. must watch ! after movie went to shop around.. almost d whole orchard.. so tired now.. lolx gonna sleep soon..
hmm o ya went to city hall to meet up with ling and one of her fren.. hmm.. but i stayed for awhile only.. haha den i went back home liao..
neway gonna sleep now.. super tired! no mood to think... blank out soon ...

on monday & tues: last two days at sgh ..
on tues after work I went to meet dear at her place..den we went to have dinner tog..
we shared a lot.. den she told me abt her problems.I pray that she wont give up and continue to walk by faith.
really pray that she can overcome all those problems, God put mountains in our life so that He can mould us each time, its never easy until u learn it.. dear rem trust in the Lord that He will see you thro.. =) U can overcome .. nothing is impossible in the Lord !=)
On wed which is yesterday.. stayed at hm for teh whole day cuz teh computer man came to fix my comp ...its alright now le =) yay!

got into nursing course at nyp =)
went to sgh today to work.. pretty tiring.. got a bad stomach cramp while working.. so pain till my face turned pale. hai.. but i feel better after resting and now im almost well alr :)
went bowling with my two cous, alson & co.. hmm.. okie lah played nt too bad today.. haha next tym sure play better.. gonna beat jonathan's score.. muhahaha! :P
bored at home!
later going to my grandma's house for lunch and dinner then will be staying there teh whole day. yep so i will b going home myself tonight cuz my mum got something on.
hmm.. yesterday got a call fr bibi&baba shada, she askd me whether im able to work nxt wed-fri n following mon-tues at sgh.. haa i agreed lah cuz i wana earn some extra cash.. then my mum wont nag at me so much at certain things.. Yah Chris will be going with me too.. =) okie shall end here
Carrot, Egg or Coffee
A carrot, an egg and a cup of coffee...
You will never look at a cup of coffee the same way again.
A young woman went to her mother and told her about her life
and how things were so hard for her.
She did not know how she was going to make it
and wanted to give up.
She was tired of fighting and struggling.
It seemed as one problem was solved, a new one arose.
Her mother took her to the kitchen.
She filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire.
Soon the pots came to boil.
In the first she placed carrots,
in the second she placed eggs,
and in the last she placed ground coffee beans.
She let them sit and boil, without saying a word.
In about twenty minutes she turned off the burners.
She fished the carrots out and placed them in a bowl
She pulled the eggs out and placed them in a bowl.
Then she ladled the coffee out and placed it in a bowl.
Turning to her daughter, she asked, "Tell me, what do you see?" "
Carrots, eggs, and coffee," she replied.
Her mother brought her closer and asked her to feel the carrots.
She did and noted that they were soft.
The mother then asked the daughter to take an egg and break it.
After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard boiled egg.
Finally, the mother asked the daughter to sip the coffee.
The daughter smiled as she tasted its rich aroma.
The daughter then asked, "What does it mean, mother?"
Her mother explained that
each of these objects had faced the same adversity... boiling water.
Each reacted differently.
The carrot went in strong, hard, and unrelenting.
However, after being subjected to the boiling water,
it softened and became weak.
The egg had been fragile.
Its thin outer shell had protected its liquid interior,
but after sitting through the boiling water,
its inside became hardened.
The ground coffee beans were unique, however.
After they were in the boiling water, they had changed the water.
"Which are you?" she asked her daughter.
"When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond?
Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?"
Think of this: Which am I?
Am I the carrot that seems strong,
but with pain and adversity do I wilt and become soft and lose my strength?
Am I the egg that starts with amalleable heart,
but changes with the heat?
Did I have a fluidspirit,
but after a death, a break-up, a financial hardship
or some other trial, have I become hardened and stiff?
Does my shell look the same,
but on the inside am I bitter and tough with a stiff spirit
and hardened heart?
Or am I like the coffee bean?
The bean actually changes the hot water,
the very circumstance that brings the pain.
When the water gets hot, it releases the fragrance and flavour.
If you are like the bean,
when things are at their worst,
you get better and change the situation around you.
When the hour is the darkest and trials are their greatest,
do you elevate yourself to another level?
How do you handle adversity?
Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?
May you have enough happiness to make you sweet,
enough trials to make you strong,
enough sorrow tokeep you human and
enough hope to make you happy.
The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything;
they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.
The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past;
you can't go forward in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling.
Live your life so at the end,
you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying.
